Lock and Load Labs is a small domestic operation dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and the best products available at a reasonable price.

Shipping​

• Lock and Load Labs is a domestic only operation, as such we only ship to the Domestic United States. We do not ship to APOs, or any US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands) If there is question about your receiving address please email before placing your order.
• Shipping is a flat rate $15.00 added to each and every order. If your order is split and going to two or more locations, there will be a $15.00 shipping charge for each location.
• We are NOT responsible for any shipments that are lost/returned due to an invalid address or a fake name.

Privacy Protection​

• While we strive to maintain the highest levels of security for ourselves and our customers, it is very important that you the customer take similar precautions. Please use email services that are encrypted end to end such as Tutanota or ProtonMail.
• Please remember that Tutanota and ProtonMail are only end to end encrypted when on the same domain. (eg. Tutanota to Tutanota) and are not encrypted in any other fashion. So to recap, there is no encryption when emailing from your Tutanota account to our ProtonMail account. For that reason, we ask that if sending from a Tutanota email you send to our Tutanota email, and likewise when sending from ProtonMail you send to our ProtonMail account.
• Failure to adhere to that simple request leaves you the customer open to spoofing attacks. This is where you receive an email that appears to have come from us, but is actually not. You run the risk of being scammed and losing your hard-earned money, so please be diligent.
